1. When the boss travels abroad, you can have snacks.

2. You can ask the boss to buy products from Korea.

3. Working hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and you can choose when to take your meal break.

Cons

1. The Labor Standards Act is not followed. Suggestions made to the boss have never resulted in changes.

2. Heavy responsibilities and a wide range of duties—you are expected to do the work of ten people, meaning you need more than ten different areas of expertise.

3. Employees are blamed when business performance is poor.

4. Overtime comes with no overtime pay. The hours cannot be accumulated into a full day; they must be compensated hour by hour. You may leave early or come in late.

5. Overtime is not compensated with leave. Public holidays are all working days. During the Lunar New Year, only New Year's Eve and the first day are holidays; even if the second day is scheduled as a day off, you still have to work from home. Coworkers cannot take the same days off.

6. The boss often changes what they say. Even after confirming, you may still be scolded, yet you have to confirm things again and again, often resulting in wasted work.

7. They will not pay severance. They will deliberately make things difficult so that you resign voluntarily.

I advise all newcomers: do not embark on a road of no return. This company is not a stepping stone, but a stumbling block.
