佳昇工業有限公司
Pros

At year-end, bonuses are not distributed according to seniority; the boss is very generous. You could say that everyone receives them happily.

Cons

Colleagues are very fond of scheming against one another, and some are particularly prone to bullying newcomers and relying on their seniority. This company has virtually no systems in place. Overtime for office staff is handled under a duty-based system, while on-site personnel are paid overtime rates for all overtime worked. If you are applying for an office position, you should be mentally prepared: leaving work on time will be taken to mean that your workload is too light, and you will consequently keep being assigned a great deal of additional work. At this company, the person who works the most overtime receives the most recognition.

Key point: There is a female supervisor who particularly enjoys meddling in the affairs of every department. The company atmosphere is poor and turnover is high, largely because of her.

The company places the greatest importance on the feelings of on-site personnel, so in many respects on-site and office staff are treated very differently. The section manager overseeing the on-site staff has an extremely poor level of professionalism and culture. When the production line is busy or there is a problem, he will loudly berate people, even using profanity. His emotional management is extremely poor.

Finally—people who are too good-looking or highly capable absolutely should not come for an interview for an “office” position; you will definitely be rejected..
