The employees are all easy to get along with and highly capable. The company is not stingy when it comes to benefits, and salaries are still within the industry average.
The company's employee turnover is extremely high, and there is no good handover system. The boss often makes inexplicable urgent requests and refuses to listen to suggestions, which is very draining for employees. Overtime is extremely frequent!
During the interview, I recommend asking clearly why this position became available and whether there are experienced employees to provide guidance.
Do not underestimate the severity of the shortcomings mentioned above. Despite the company having so many advantages, it still cannot retain talent, so you can imagine what the shortcomings must be like.
