1. The colleagues are all nice and easy to get along with (except the people above them).
2. Punctual working hours.
3. Bonuses for the three major holidays + year-end party raffle + post-exhibition bonus.
The salary is 24K during the three-month probationary period, and 29K after passing (27K after labor and health insurance deductions).
It is difficult to move up further; you will probably only get an additional 1–2K.
1. There are fewer places to eat nearby.
2. Annual leave is deducted on typhoon days.
3. They will scold people irrationally, which is unbearable and infuriating. When there is nothing else to do, you have to pretend to be busy or you will get scolded.
4. They often use surveillance cameras to check what employees are doing.
5. Once the people above you dislike you, nothing you do will help; you will be singled out.
6. They are not proactive about competing for anime distribution rights.
Simply put, working here is not necessarily bad; you can learn about matters related to anime distribution.
But you will only end up being angered to death..
