Pros

1. There are three people in total, including the boss and employees, all of whom are women. All three are over 170 cm tall and very tall, and they also have great skin. As a woman myself, I even thought that the staff here all take very good care of their appearance.

2. The office environment is bright, the interior has been thoughtfully designed, and the surroundings are quite clean. The boss is someone who has high standards for cleanliness.

3. The atmosphere at the company is very harmonious. Perhaps because there are not many people, the interaction between the employees and the boss is very good, and the boss explains the work content very thoroughly and seriously.

4. All clients are large companies, so there is a stable customer base. There are no periods when there is absolutely no business, although there are still busy and slow seasons.

5. This is very suitable for people who are strongly interested in animation, storyboard creation, video editing, and e-commerce work (beauty and medical aesthetics brands and alcoholic beverages).

Cons

1. The position was listed as a graphic designer, but the work is not limited to pure graphic design. It includes video editing, character illustration, developing and drawing video scripts, animation, and banners for online channels (you need to know how to make GIFs). You will still handle general graphic design, but the range of work is very broad. The required skills are not limited to graphic design, so the position title can be confusing.

2. The starting salary during the probationary period is NT$25,000. It will be increased after the probationary period if everything is satisfactory, but the specific amount was not stated. There is regular overtime during the busy season, and there are decent bonuses, although the actual amount is unknown. Since the base salary is the same as at my previous job, which was located in southern Taiwan, I was somewhat disappointed with the pay. This position is more suitable for job seekers who already live in northern Taiwan. Labor and health insurance are provided, but I do not know whether there is any underreporting of salary for insurance purposes.

3. During the interview, they mentioned that they preferred female applicants.

4. If you strongly dislike repeatedly revising designs, this company may not be suitable for you. This is not necessarily a disadvantage or an advantage, but the boss tends to prefer people who are highly accommodating. If you would strongly resist making multiple design revisions, think carefully before applying.

5. There is a computer skills test involving the creation of a buy-one-get-one-free banner for a beauty and medical aesthetics brand. Because I made a static design, it may not have met the company's requirements—the boss wanted something animated. People who are good at creating animated graphics may be a better fit.
