The interview notice did not include the interview address at all. I even had to look up the company’s registered address on 104 and go there for the interview.
When the scheduled time arrived, I found myself at one of their stores. No one answered any of the five calls I made to the phone number listed in the interview invitation.
Only after asking the store staff to contact the company did I find out that I was supposed to go to their headquarters, which was several kilometers away.
I don’t care whether the person who sent the notice or the interviewer was from HR. If you invite someone to an interview without first reviewing the applicant’s résumé and expected salary, does the interviewee’s time not matter?
After I spent more than ten minutes filling out the standard application form, they saw the expected salary I had written and asked me to leave. Excluding the more than 20 minutes I spent finding a new parking space and the 10 minutes spent filling out the form, the entire interview lasted less than two minutes.
Do you really know what kind of person you are looking for? This company has absolutely no respect for interviewees.
