Pros
After completing three months as a new hire, you are given 5 days of special leave.
Cons
The salary is quite average, and this is a company with a very lengthy interview process: an IQ test plus a 2-hour interview (including 20 minutes spent just waiting for the manager).
Apparently, every position requires its own IQ test and assessment, and some positions are also subject to a responsibility-based work system with no overtime pay.
