2. There are an astonishing number of meetings, all of them brainwashing sessions where the boss indoctrinates employees.
3. Senior executives are extremely servile, treating the boss’s words as sacred edicts and not daring to oppose them.
4. The company cannot keep up with the times, and is somewhat slow to accept new things.
Traditional and conservative, it will never attempt anything groundbreaking.
