Job duties:

1. Assembly of automated machinery and installation of component parts.

2. Configuration of pneumatic control piping and wiring.

3. Machine testing and adjustments.

Experience:

The salary is NT$26,000 for those without experience and NT$27,000 for those with experience. The company has 43 employees. The salary includes a NT$2,000 transportation allowance, with an additional NT$1,800 meal allowance. During the interview, the interviewer unilaterally raised questions and explained the company’s operating model, but gave the interviewee no opportunity to ask questions. Most workers on-site are temporary workers; the professional full-time employees are working at the Southern Taiwan Science Park site. The job involves one-week overseas business trips as well as domestic travel. Labor and health insurance and group insurance are provided. The year-end bonus depends on profits, and there are bonuses for the three major holidays. The hiring decision is communicated within one week, but they directly asked whether the candidate could start work the next day, indicating that they are urgently short-staffed. Overtime is routine. Cleanroom work requires tolerance for heat. The main assignments are at Innolux, Chi Mei Materials, and GPM, involving the installation and panel wiring of robotic arms, conveyor belts, and cleanroom machinery.

The interview was entirely one-sided, with no opportunity for the interviewee to ask questions.
