˙˙Mutual respect and a sense of time are important!˙˙
The interview time had been arranged in advance with the interviewer.
When I arrived at the company entrance, someone called down from the balcony upstairs and told me to wait a moment, but then left me standing outside in the sun, and only opened the door after half an hour. After seeing me, they did not greet me and continued talking on the phone. After finishing the call, they went to adjust the speakers nearby, treating me as if I did not exist. After another long wait, they finally invited me in for the interview. The interview took place during regular working hours on a weekday. After I went inside, I saw that there were many seats in the office, but no one was there. After asking a few basic questions, they told me to go home and wait for news. The interview lasted about five minutes, during which they never once looked me in the eye. When I was getting ready to leave, I had not even left yet when the door was immediately closed behind me to see me out.
