The interaction with frontline employees is very harmonious.
1. Whether or not the three seasonal bonuses are given is inconsistent—sometimes they are given and sometimes they are not. Moreover, instead of bonuses, the company sometimes gives low-quality gift items or gift boxes to fob everyone off.
2. The company’s policies are constantly changing. The boss’s wife does whatever she wants, never realizes her own mistakes, and does not admit them.
3. For employee trips, the boss’s wife asks everyone to vote on where to go. After the vote, she has further opinions and privately changes the destination to somewhere she wants to go, causing everyone’s resentment. What was the point of voting in the first place?
4. Even if you devote yourself wholeheartedly to the company, you will not receive anything in return; instead, you may be blamed.
5. Even when the government says that wages need to be adjusted, the company will not make changes. They say that they have already given you perfect-attendance and transportation allowances, and there is never a clear salary-adjustment system.
6. The boss always makes grand promises but never fulfills them.
7. Policies are always implemented before they are announced. Deducting employees’ pay is done immediately, while increasing their pay never happens.
