Basic questions include: introducing yourself, how you market yourself, your level of understanding of marketing, your expectations for staying with the company for five years, and anything you are concerned about after starting the job.
Training means that after completing one year at the company, if you want to take a marketing-related course outside the company, you will receive a tuition subsidy.
What they mean by accepting applicants without experience is that they are willing to offer NT$22,000 to someone without experience; asking for NT$25,000 is considered too high and gets rejected.
It is best to have relevant experience before asking for a salary above NT$25,000.
