The phone interview made me feel that the HR representative was very unprofessional...

Not because conducting the interview over the phone was unprofessional, but because of too many preconceived notions and strange logical inferences.

The HR representative determines what kind of people the startup will hire in the future. I hope the company can first find a good HR representative.
