Pros
The environment is modern, the facilities are well-equipped, the supervisors and colleagues are all easy to get along with, and the perfect-attendance bonus is generous.
Cons
Wages are not paid on time. The bonus system is not transparent. There is no overtime pay, only a dinner allowance. It was originally stated that there would be one day of holiday overtime per month, but in reality, there were as many as three instances of holiday overtime in one month, with no compensatory leave.
