Pros
The interviewer was friendly.
Honestly, the company’s reputation is not good.
Cons
Only after I arrived for the interview did they say they wanted someone with relevant experience (for a customer service position). I asked, “Then why did you still ask me to come for an interview?” The interviewer replied, “He will look into the reason with HR!”
