The boss's wife only comes into the office after noon.
The boss's wife always says she is very busy.
She puts off labor and health insurance for as long as possible, with no intention of enrolling employees.
The internal staff are constantly replaced, one group after another; no one stays.
She never gives clear instructions.
Afterward, she complains that no one understands what she is thinking.
What she says keeps changing from one moment to the next.
The actual job differs greatly from what was stated in the job posting.
She will ask you to handle a whole bunch of duties from other positions, as well as miscellaneous tasks,
and will expect you to produce results immediately.
She expects you to work without providing the necessary tools.
When you ask for the corresponding tools, she will tell you to come back and discuss it after you have produced results or demonstrated your performance.
As the old saying goes:
"A company that can only afford bananas can only hire monkeys."

Aside:
I asked the boss's wife whether the office could use a Taiwanese beverage company's water dispenser so everyone could have water.
Her response was:
"Why don't you just bring water from home yourself?"
