The boss’s wife only comes into the office after noon.
The boss’s wife always says she’s very busy.
She puts off labor and health insurance for as long as possible and shows no intention of insuring the employees.
The internal staff are always replaced one group after another; no one stays for long.
She never explains things clearly.
Afterward, she complains that no one understands what she means.
What she says is always changing from one moment to the next.
The actual job duties differ greatly from what was described during recruitment.
She’ll ask you to take on a whole bunch of duties from other positions, as well as miscellaneous tasks,
and expect you to produce results immediately.
She expects you to work but won’t provide you with the tools.
When you ask for the appropriate tools, she’ll tell you to come back and discuss it after you’ve produced work results or achievements.
As the old saying goes:
"A company that can only afford bananas can only hire monkeys."

As an aside:
I asked the boss’s wife whether the office could get a water dispenser so everyone could have water.
Her response was:
"Why don’t you just bring water from home yourself?"
