Pros

The people there are very nice.

From employees to supervisors, hardly anyone has a bad temper.

There is no seniority-based culture, such as the practice of seniors and juniors.

They will even directly help you reach your targets—they won’t snatch your sales or sabotage you.

Great.

Cons

This is a job that is partly sales-oriented.

The general workflow is:

The system randomly dials people to ask whether they have any debts > After obtaining their information, submit it > The project manager asks about their willingness to make a purchase > Successful sales earn bonuses (both the project managers and telemarketing staff receive them).

The company’s disadvantages are as follows:

1. The conversion rate is pitifully low (one person closes fewer than two deals a month; more often, they close fewer than one).

2. Some of the policies are different from what is stated in the document you signed.

3. You may be required to work overtime without pay.

4. Overall, the operation treats telemarketing staff like underlings, making them responsible for generating leads while the project managers pursue the bonuses.

Overall, the pay for this job is a major issue.

However, aside from that, the overall atmosphere is very good.

I recommend this job to people without financial pressure, and to those who want to try telemarketing and see what it is like.
