Extremely disrespectful to interviewees. When changing the interview time, they always wait until the interviewee arrives on-site to say so, instead of calling to notify the interviewee in advance.
When I arrived, the staff on-site seemed unaware that an interviewee was coming that day, which made it seem as though the supervisor had not communicated properly.
Moreover, the interview time was changed on-site twice. The first time, the interviewer was not available, which was understandable; the second time, they held another meeting and asked the interviewee to come back the next day.
If you know you have a meeting and will be unable to conduct the interview, you should know to call and notify the interviewee. And if you do not want to conduct the interview, using an excuse like this is simply too appalling. For a large company to handle interviews this way is extremely, extremely poor. I am also very glad I did not join a company like this.
