Leave work on time?

There are no two-day weekends, no national holidays, no annual leave, and no paid personal leave. Employees are required to work on typhoon days. There is no overtime pay. During the Lunar New Year, only Lunar New Year's Eve and the first day are given off. Even with staggered days off, employees are required not to take leave at the same time. Simple matters are made complicated by the boss's wife. The couple's tempers are unpredictable; when they argue, they take out their resentment on the employees. Employees bear the brunt every day. They are always talking to employees about their vision, but spend every day hiding at home or in a small room at the company, scrolling on their phones.
