The HR representative kept yawning from the moment they entered the meeting room, and even appeared to fall asleep at one point.
They were not listening during the interview, so the same questions had to be explained twice.
They also questioned the interviewee’s abilities simply because they had just graduated and had not worked in a related industry, saying that they lacked experience.
But in fact, I have already been in this field for seven or eight years, so I do not know how they determine whether someone has enough experience.
If they thought my experience was insufficient, why invite me for an interview in the first place?
Or perhaps they could not accept the attitude of trying different things early in one’s career after graduating more than ten years ago.
So was I supposed to just watch the HR representative doze off?
When the HR representative finally asked whether I had any questions, I did not ask anything out of courtesy. Otherwise, I really wanted to ask:
Do you know that there is a very large amount of eye discharge in your eye?
By the way, the online form that must be completed before the interview requires applicants to provide their previous company’s salary and annual salary.
Many pieces of private information are mandatory fields; the form cannot be saved if they are left blank.
However, there is a note at the end stating that the company’s salary and other information cannot be disclosed externally.
