At the first interview, they only said upon my arrival that the boss could not make it, and had me fill out forms and take a test first (I honestly think filling out forms is a very regressive practice).
At the second interview, I don't know whether they even looked at the test results. As a so-called “new fashion brand” founded by a celebrity and their classmate, they knew absolutely nothing about garment construction or fabric knowledge!! This is a company where someone pays to be the boss; the boss merely sells products based on SOPs provided by the factory. It's the same principle as buying a customized suit on Taobao—there's no need to spend time coming here.
