Happy? When I first joined, I was excited and listened to the boss talk nonsense and paint grand pictures every day. I was really happy to be fooled back then.

To be clear, I’m not someone who likes to complain. I consider myself a generous-minded young person, but this company has given me the following impressions:

Let’s start with the Labor Standards Act. The boss treats it purely as a reference and doesn’t actually follow it.

Labor insurance only started being provided after I had worked for six months.

Some colleagues didn’t have labor insurance even by the time they left.

The boss fundamentally doesn’t know how to respect professional expertise.

They think everything is very simple and can all be done quickly.

Eight days off per month, no days off on national holidays marked in red, only New Year’s Eve off for the annual holiday, and even during typhoon days off, they insist that you come to work.

The boss can directly have a huge argument with his wife about household matters in front of everyone.

After arguing, he takes his anger out on the employees.

The employee turnover rate is extremely high. There is clearly something wrong with the system.

On average, people don’t stay for more than a year.

The key point is that they still don’t think there is anything wrong with their company.

The boss and his wife have an extremely pathetic mindset.

They take pride in driving employees away and making employees resign voluntarily.

It’s fundamentally just a company built on luck.

A boss who only has half a butt!

This kind of inferior company is a malignant tumor in Taiwan. Let it be eliminated.

I urge everyone not to waste your life on this kind of employer.
