台灣碳科股份有限公司
Pros

The HR staff and supervisor are very polite.

Cons

1. This may seem like a very promising technology, but it has been hyped for a long time without really taking off. The technical barrier to entry is not high, and there are already many companies in Taiwan and across the Strait working on this. With a little digging, you can find plenty of information.

2. The company is in a remote and desolate area, so you need to consider whether the transportation costs, fuel expenses, and travel time are worthwhile.

3. There is no year-end bonus, the salary is rather low, and there are no benefits. You have to pay for and arrange your own lunch. The company says it has secured customers and has already begun mass production, painting you a rosy picture and leaving it up to you to decide whether to take a gamble on this industry. However, it is genuinely difficult to say how this technology will develop in the future, and the uncertainty is quite high. The company plans to apply for listing on the emerging stock market and eventually a stock exchange listing.

4. At a small company, you have to handle all kinds of tasks, including many miscellaneous duties. Since the company is expanding its facilities, employees will have to work rotating shifts in the future.
