Pros
At first, everyone seemed to get along well
Cons
It only looked like everyone got along well,
The performance-based system is unclear. Speaking of performance, after senior salespeople discuss the whole deal, they just leave without explaining anything further to you, no matter how much the manager promotes splitting the commission
