The job requires face-to-face interaction with service recipients. If you encounter someone who loses emotional control, you need to be very capable of handling and dealing with the situation. Information does not flow completely within the department, and senior management is out of touch with reality.

There are no bonuses for the three major holidays and no year-end bonus.
