The environment is good. It is located in a standard factory building in Zhunan, with convenient parking. There is also a 7-Eleven outside that you can visit anytime, and it is close to Shang Shun.
1. It is a family business, with fierce infighting among the cousins; there is no reasoning to be found.
2. There are no flexible working hours; even being one minute late results in a deduction from your pay.
3. Senior executives lack expertise and management ability; they only know how to flatter the general manager.
4. The general manager is not capable of running the business, so the company’s future is worrying.
5. The holiday bonuses mentioned externally consist only of 500 for each of the three festivals; there is no year-end bonus. In short, the annual salary is equivalent to 12 months’ pay.
6. There are many illegal practices. If you insist on doing the right thing, you may even be fired, so please be careful.
7. Due to managers’ personal preferences, improper dismissals and efforts to force employees to resign are common, or employees are forced to accept unsuitable terms.
