Disrespectful to interviewees. I took time off work to attend the interview; arriving early is a matter of courtesy, yet I was told to leave and come back when it was time.
They did not look at my résumé and refused to interview me simply because my personal career plans were different.
A truly infuriating interview experience—it really made me angry.
