Only those who passed the written test would be invited for an interview.

There was a personal information form, a mathematical logic test, an English test, and a Japanese test (both the English and Japanese tests included translation questions to write out).

You also had to write why you wanted to join this company and how you dealt with past setbacks (I think).

The written test process took approximately three hours or more.

During the written test, each person was given a small bottle of mineral water.

The written test was in mid-July.

I did not receive the rejection letter until mid-August.

This is not really a drawback, but it did take quite a long time.
