Lots of snacks, a very clean work environment, and the opportunity to see various sports facilities, including swimming pools, running tracks, and other projects. The company emphasizes survival of the fittest, and the boss frequently treats everyone to high-end cuisine and snacks.
The work environment is extremely stressful, and the boss has a habit of shouting loudly. I have previously seen several older employees get scared away during interviews, so those with low stress tolerance should still avoid going. The company has fewer than ten people, yet hundreds of projects are underway every day. All employees have more or less of a sports-related background, and everyone has to do everything. Some have to go out to help install basketball hoops and so on. Wearing multiple hats is standard. There is a relative of the boss who is very arrogant; despite being young, they have a very poor attitude toward everyone and habitually look down on people. To emphasize once again: the pace is very slow, so those with low stress tolerance should not go.
