Pros

The company environment is fairly clean, and someone comes to clean.

Cons

Hongsheng Healthcare and Hongrui Healthcare are actually the same company.

They work with Taian Clinic at Taian Hospital to promote health examination services. The owner is a woman, and I felt that she was not very polite when speaking. I joined as a salesperson. The company said that work ended at 6 p.m., but later the company moved, possibly because the rent was higher. One day at a meeting, the owner said, “What salesperson gets off work exactly at 6 p.m.? Are you saying you have nothing to do and are very idle?? How are you supposed to achieve any results like that??” From then on, I didn’t dare leave exactly at 6 p.m. Even when there was nothing to do, I had to wait until 6:30 or until a supervisor started preparing to leave before I dared pack up. It was very painful....

As for sales, you couldn’t approach the clients of senior salespeople, the clients at Taian Hospital, or the clients of the two female owners. You also had to explain to clients what the differences were. Since you couldn’t approach certain clients, the longer you stayed, the more stable your position might become. Although the owner said there was something called a protection board to help everyone avoid duplicate client development, I once encountered a situation where I had to visit the same client as a veteran salesperson. The client might not even have realized that they had made two appointments, so the supervisor told me to hand the case directly to the veteran salesperson, saying, “You have to leave some face for others. You just started and don’t have sales pressure, but she does, so give it to her....” A case that originally had potential was simply given away like that.... Newcomers not only had to pick up what was left, but also had to consider the situation with veteran staff.... Sales work basically requires laying the groundwork during the first few months. Achieving results right away really takes some luck.... You had to exceed the basic responsibility target of NT$300,000 before you could receive a 3% commission. If you didn’t achieve it, the meetings became quite an experience...... The original supervisor was a pretty decent person, but after being replaced by someone else, I started getting mocked and picked on. Several times, they complained that my cases were too small and didn’t even want to accompany me to client visits.... The pressure was really enormous... Eventually, I decided to resign.....
