Unexpectedly, does the fact that your phone gets locked in a little box count as cool?
1. The materials required for the interview were extremely complicated, and the requirements were not explained clearly.
2. The written test took a very long time (we were originally told to complete a job application registration form + six questions: chart analysis; an analysis of the advantages suited to the position and your own weaknesses; workplace scenario questions; logical reasoning questions; a SWOT analysis; and fill-in-the-blank dialogue for an illustration). Only one hour was given, but after finally rushing to finish, I then waited another 30 minutes and HR still had not come to collect the papers! When I called, they sounded completely astonished and wondered why I had already finished.
3. I only interviewed with HR (for about 30 minutes) and was then asked to go home because the manager was in meetings all day and could not get away. I was told to wait for notification about a second interview.
4. The HR assistant (?) who initially took me to the meeting room to take the written test gave the impression of looking down on the interviewee.
Overall, the experience really felt unbelievably awful........
