Let me talk about my interview experience.
The reason I left was that I was dissatisfied with the salary of 23,000 in the first month.
The salary for the job was the base salary plus commission (commission only applied starting from the second month).
The position advertised was Internet Planning Staff.
In reality, one person was responsible for managing all the backend content online, including planning, graphic design, customer service, and marketing (with performance and sales pressure). And this was only the beginning—the other party indicated that I would eventually have to manage the backend operations of at least two or three major online shopping platforms (including all of the above content).
