The posting said two years of work experience were required, but they actually wanted more than two years of experience at an accounting firm. Only after I went there did they say my qualifications did not meet their requirements and ask me to leave. They said the reason was that my résumé was unclear and they had misunderstood, but in fact they had not carefully reviewed it. They only looked at my résumé at the interview, realized I did not meet the requirements, and told me to go home.
