The technical team is quite geeky, and from the way they talk, you can tell that the company's development process is fairly well established.
There is a whiteboard coding test during the interview process. If you are preparing for an interview with this company, it is recommended that you do some relevant preparation beforehand.
They are quite obvious about whether they like a candidate or not. When you give them the impression that you are not the person they are looking for, they will not be very proactive in engaging with you, and the atmosphere became somewhat awkward toward the end of the interview.
