Beautiful environment
Cons
Forces employees to choose compensatory leave, so they cannot receive overtime pay. Even when they say they will pay it after considerable communication, they still do not. This company trains its employees to be like noisy children who only get candy by making a fuss. The workload is heavy, and they lie to postpartum women who come to visit about our nurse-to-patient ratio.
