Pros
There is a parking lot.
Cons
The requirements listed on the job-search website were unclear. It was only after going to the interview that I learned they were looking for someone with work experience who could start immediately and help the owner (the owner said they could not provide training from the ground up), and who had to be able to identify different varieties of vegetables. None of these requirements were listed on the job-search website.
The owner also did not seem to have reviewed my résumé beforehand, which was somewhat of a waste of both parties’ valuable time.
