Pros
The interview was of average length and didn’t drag on.
The company’s staff are generally quite young.
The work is straightforward~
Cons
The three-month probationary period starts at 28K. It remains the same afterward, with one opportunity for a salary adjustment per year. The method is decided by the Hong Kong supervisor. Method: unclear.
No holiday bonuses for the three major festivals and no year-end bonus. The focus is on sales!! Benefits for back-office staff are relatively limited.
