None at all. Terrible.
Throughout the interview, the interviewer only kept asking the candidate questions without providing a detailed introduction to the position or the company background. The job operates under a responsibility-based system, meaning you have to finish your work before you can leave, which violates the Labor Standards Act. There is no overtime pay. When asked about the position, they gave vague, unclear answers and only said that there would be many things to do. The tasks assigned by the supervisor are very likely to be last-minute. The job supposedly does not require English, yet candidates are required to introduce themselves in English during the interview. What a ridiculous company.
