3. The public relations department is not particularly harmonious. It does not reach the point of open conflict, but you can sense that senior staff members (not necessarily older in age, but those with a title) do not get along with the department manager. They occasionally raise their voices or, instead of reporting their dissatisfaction with instructions from superiors upward, take out their emotions on the staff responsible for carrying them out, which has led to a particular position frequently looking for new people.

4. The more senior employees are generally easy to get along with. However, younger senior managers need to learn how to manage upward properly instead of targeting the people carrying out the work. Regretting it after losing their temper does not help.
