呵呵…
When I arrived for the interview that day, no one answered the office phone despite my calling for ages. When I called the mobile number, they actually told me that no one was working that day = = I was completely stunned. They also said they had asked someone to notify me yesterday, but I didn’t receive any call at all, okay? The tone didn’t feel very pleasant either. They asked whether I wanted to reschedule for the next day. I had already left home—does my time not count as time? = = These two days were wasted just like that = =
The work is at construction sites, and the environment isn’t very good. During the interview, they casually pulled over two chairs and interviewed me right in an office full of people. The interviewer only talked about the job duties but didn’t explain them very seriously. The main point seemed to be going to different construction sites every day to take photos, then coming back to handle paperwork. She didn’t explain the other parts either, and kept asking whether I had any questions. I had to ask her one question at a time myself. Is it because the benefits are bad that she wouldn’t just say so? = =
I felt the interview was very perfunctory, so I said I would go back and think about it and quickly left. She also said she needed to think about it. Take your time thinking, I guess—only someone struck by lightning would want to work in that environment. Being stood up once was already very upsetting, and the interview was so perfunctory too…
Also, because the job is at a construction site, they gave me a hard hat to wear when I went in for the interview, but when I came out, it was gone. If I get hit by something, is it my own fault? = = Sigh, sigh, sigh
