Taking leave is very easy.
The boss is unprofessional and even worse at managing people. Everything under them is a mess, yet they do not manage it and still expect employees to listen to them.
The company’s operations appear to have problems, so salaries are sometimes paid late.
Whenever any machine in the company, large or small, breaks down, employees have to repair it themselves. They never hire outside help, possibly because they cannot afford to bring in the manufacturer’s engineers for repairs.
Most seriously, in order to pass the annual audit, they go so far as to order employees to falsify inspection data.
Finally, this company makes extremely grand promises. Please think carefully before joining.
Because you never know whether tomorrow will be the day you are laid off (employees are dismissed without warning).
