Pros
The factory has air conditioning.
Cons
It’s impossible to figure out what the company actually wants employees to do.
They ask us to go out and repair things, but there aren’t even any parts available internally!!!
You get punished if you forget to report back, while supervisors consider everything done well to be simply expected. They treat people very poorly.
