Easy to get along with, but almost all of the easygoing people resigned in June and July..

The higher the level, the more frightening the company’s logic and thinking are—especially the person in the innermost position of the office across from the meeting room on the fourth floor.

This person holds a very high position, but thinks like a senior kindergarten student. They like to handle things by being unreasonable and throwing tantrums. You absolutely cannot learn professional knowledge by working with them, because whatever they say goes, and they do whatever they want. They also think they are very capable at their job and trample on professional standards. If you are going to work for this company, you really need to stay away from them. (In particular, anyone applying for positions in international trade, human resources, marketing, finance, etc.—roles that will interact with them—really needs to be careful!!)

Here are a few examples:

1. After approving a document, they can go back on their decision and even say something as absurd as, “I only agreed to the top part, not the bottom part.”

2. They love to make grand claims, but when they actually need to help, they pretend nothing is happening or arrogantly say it is none of their business.

3. They like having privileges; they often arrive at 10 and leave at 3.

4. Their memory is exceptionally poor. One moment they say A, and the next they say B, so none of us know how we are supposed to work???
