The work is very relaxed, and there is often nothing to do.
The company has an extremely high turnover rate; every three to six months, a new group of people replaces the previous one.
The reason is that the boss is advanced in age, is not very clear-headed, and acts impulsively.
The company claims externally that it has dozens of employees and annual revenue of over 100 million,
when in reality, there are often no projects to work on, leaving employees with nothing to do;
some take leave, while others scroll on their phones or watch videos, and then the boss suddenly gets in a bad mood and finds a reason to tell you not to come to work anymore.
Because of the boss, we also often have to do repetitive work that wastes time.
The boss sleeps and watches movies during work hours, or gathers everyone in the conference room, saying that there is going to be a meeting.
In reality, “having a meeting” means listening to him talk about irrelevant things, with no benefit from the meeting at all.
The boss does not have a professional background, but neither does he respect expertise, and he often boasts about how capable he is.
In reality, as long as you flatter him and praise how impressive and capable he is, you can survive smoothly at this company.
