Pros
The office environment is pretty good, and overtime is almost never required.
Cons
Don't expect any promotion opportunities or good benefits here. The company subsidizes NT$500 for a team meal every six months; anything over that amount must be paid out of pocket.
The company provides uniforms, but if you leave before completing six months of employment, a deduction will be made from your pay.
