The interview process was fairly amicable~
1. The actual job requirements did not match what was stated on the application page!
2. They were mainly looking for someone who could code~ When I asked about the job responsibilities, they only replied with this one sentence! (?! They didn't explain what kind of coding—web or something else.) The conversation focused almost entirely on my work experience, as well as graphic design and topics such as whether it is difficult to find a job.
They also did not introduce the company's main business activities or explain what the responsibilities of this position were.
3. They cared a lot about whether the candidate had graduated from a design-related department. If not, the candidate was classified as having no professional background—a very subjective approach.
That's all.
