Pros
The reception process is fairly systematic, and the office environment is comfortable.
The salary is relatively high, responses are quick, and the job responsibilities are explained fairly clearly. Usually, the general manager’s assistant conducts the interview directly.
Cons
Overall, it’s fairly good... but there aren’t really many benefits, and it feels like things are managed quite arbitrarily.
