The interviewer answered all my questions and did not ask for unnecessary personal information.
There were too many interviews, and too much time was spent on assignments.
The first interview covered basic information and an impromptu reading comprehension and summarization task. The second involved an impromptu product marketing proposal unrelated to the company’s business (I still presented one). Then I was assigned a market research task, with the expectation that I would later create a PPT presentation and give a report to the company’s colleagues...
The company is small, and its operations are very China-oriented. The general manager has a business relationship with a certain Chinese company, and nearly all of the company’s business comes from there.
The salary and benefits remained very unclear throughout.
