Pros
The company is a Michelin-listed ramen restaurant, so it seems pretty impressive.
Cons
The company proactively contacted the job seeker to arrange an interview. I specifically took time off and prepared for the interview, only to be suddenly told on the day of the interview that they had found someone. I was completely stunned—it was extremely disrespectful to the job seeker!
The company seemingly does not review your past experience and expertise before sending interview invitations. It feels like they send them out randomly, so be careful if you have an interview.
